Unhinged Harley Quinn is a 3-star base, gold Agility class Hero. Harley Quinn is able to turn one of your enemies onto your side after you've defeated them. Using this on stronger enemies will provide you with the maximum advantage. However, Sub-Zero can be considered a more powerful alternative, be able to do so repeatedly with his special 3.
Strategy
If she KO'es The Joker, his passive stun will be applied after she controls him.
Abilities
Her passive allows her to control opponents on defeat. They fight in her team with a percentage based on the level of her passive.
Special 1 Cupcake bomb:
Harley hits you and dashes back throwing a bomb cupcake that causes power drain
Costs: 4 bars of power
Special 2 Batter up:
Harley hits you with her bat which my cause stun it also does a ton of damage
Costs: 4 bars of power
Special 3 Hi puddin:
Harley hits you multiple times with her bat doing immense damage
Costs: 7 bars of power
Play Style
At the end of her combo she does 2 quick shots with her pistols that do the most damage
