Harley Quinn & The Joker in Chapter 2, Mad Love
Story is a game mode in which the player goes through the storyline of Injustice 2, fighting 1 vs 1 battles with fixed characters, similar to the console version's campaign, although Story mode on mobile is still far from finished with replicating the console story (a bit over half currently). There are currently 8 chapters, with 4 fights in each.
In general, Story battles are fairly easy, although relatively time consuming due to both character's high health. There is no countdown timer in Story.
Story battles do not require Stamina to enter.
Initially, only one chapter is unlocked. As the user's account level increases, the chapters get unlocked.
As of April 7, 2021, the story mode has 8 chapters.
