Multiverse Green Arrow is a three-star base hero added in the multiverse craze.
Obtaining
His shards can be achieved by completing Arena battles. He can also be achieved by...

- The shard version of Shared Realities.
Strategy
Multiverse Power Drain allows his Multiverse team power drain or even power steal on special 1. This ignores block, special block and unhittable effects (e.g. Armored Superman's passive), making him quite difficult to deal with.
