Dark Supergirl is a highly disruptive fighter with her earth-shattering landings followed by explosive force that lays low anyone caught unaware.

Abilities

Kryptonian Slam (passive)

  • [20%/35%/50%/65%/? Attack] Damage tag-in attack

On tag-in, Supergirl lands an unblockable attack that deals damage and can interrupt Special Abilities. If she interrupts a Special Ability, she gains 100% damage and 100% critical chance for 7 seconds

Walking Laser (Special 1)

Consumes 3 bars of power.

  • [100% Attack] damage over time

With authority, Supergirl maintains a continuous heat vision beam that deals damage over time (DoT) at any distance.

Speeding Bullet (Special 2)

Consumes 4 bars of power.

Kara flies forward, knocking away her opponent.

Power of Rao (Special 3)

Consumes 7 bars of power.

  • [300% Attack] Damage

Supergirl performs a quick close distance set of strikes that knock down her opponent.

Solar Shower (Supermove)

Consumes 10 bars of power.

Supergirl blasts her opponent from space.

Strategy

Dark Supergirl's Kryptonian Slam is block breaking, and unlike other block breaking attacks, it will break enhanced block abilities as well (as used by Superman, Wonder Woman and Gorilla Grodd characters) and buff her just like interrupting any other special. It always hits at any range, although Speedforce The Flash can still dodge it by dashing.

She will gain her buff as long as she hits her opponent during their special animation, not just "interrupt" as in stopping some of their hits. For example Mythic Wonder Woman's Chop Slide only has a single hit, but if she uses it to KO an opponent and Dark Supergirl tags in, the latter will gain the buff.

It is possible for the slam to crit by her passive itself; if she gains her buff, tags out as soon as possible, and the next hero was immediately KO'ed, forcing Dark Supergirl to tag in again immediately, the slam will crit.

Kryptonian Slam ignores Shields and will damage health directly and still knock the target down, unlike normal tag attacks.

Batman's Stun Bomb (and possibly on other variants who have it), when interrupted, would sometimes still create a non-functional hazard on the ground that does not do anything if stepped upon.

Trivia

  • Aesthetically, she is very similar to Armored Superman, especially after their gear reaches level 60, as they both gain glowing red highlights in their black armor and their heat vision turns light blue.
