Artifact & Gear (Cropped)

Artifacts are special pieces of gear used to customize and upgrade your heroes. Added into the game with Update 3.4, each hero now has a 6th gear slot to equip an artifact for additional stat bonuses and unique passive bonuses. Artifcats can be equipped on any Hero but some grant additional bonuses when used on specific heroes or Classes.

Obtaining Artifacts

Artifacts are very rare but they can be earned through League Raid Rewards, Solo Raid Rewards, or Artifact Chests. Raid Rewards for Raid 6 and 7 will give a chance to earn an artifact but you will be guaranteed one Artifact when your League ranks in the top 3 or top 5 of Raids 7 and 8. Artifacts can be upgraded like normal gear, but use a new unique material called Azure Artifact Fragments. The max Artifact level is 10. Azure Artifact Fragments can be obtained in League Raids (5 through 8), Solo Raids, or by shattering duplicate Artifacts.

Azure Artifacts

Please note that the range of stats change are shown below for each Artifact along with the rate of increase with each level upgrade. Upgrading them costs Azure Artifact Fragments. To fully upgrade an artifact, it costs 160,500 fragments for the silver tier, 257,000 fragments for the gold tier and 384,000 fragments for the legendary tier.

Amulet of Tech (Silver)

  • Gain 10% - 55% in Health (5% increase per level)
  • Tech Class Only:
    • Gain 20% - 56% in Attack against Might Heroes (4% increase per level)

Amulet of Arcane (Silver)

  • +10% - 55% of Special Attack Damage (5% increase per level)
  • Arcane Class Only:
    • Gain 20% - 56% in Attack against Arcane heroes (4% increase per level)

Amulet of Metahuman (Silver)

  • Increase all healing effects on self by 10% - 100% (10% increase per level) and teammates by 5% - 50% (9% increase per level)
  • Metahuman Class Only:
    • Gain 20% - 56% in Attack against Tech heroes (4% increase per level)

Amulet of Might (Silver)

  • Gain 20% - 65% of Damage for Basic, Tag and Swipe attacks (5% increase per level)
  • Might Class Only:
    • Gain 20% - 56% in Attack against Agility heroes (4% increase per level)

Amulet of Agility (Silver)

  • +10% - 100% DoT Damage (10% increase per level)
  • Agility Class Only:
    • Gain 20% - 56% in Attack against Metahuman heroes (4% increase per level)

The All Blades (Gold)

  • Gain 60% - 150% in Attack (10% increase per level) on tag-in for 12 - 30 seconds (2 secs increase per level) and inflict DoT on self, dealing 20% of current health in Damage.
  • Red Hood Only:
    • Gain 5% - 50% in Lethal Chance and reduces Supermove cost by 5 (5% increase per level)

Claw of Horus (Gold)

  • Gain 30% - 75% Attack (9% increase per level)
  • 12% - 30% chance to Stun on Swipe attack and Jump attacks (2% increase per level)

Cosmic Staff (Gold)

  • Whenever losing greater than 10% of max Health from a single attack, gain a shield that blocks 50% - 77% of all incoming damage (3% increase per level) for 5.5 - 10 seconds (0.5 secs increase per level)
  • While shield is active, reflect 30% - 57% of damage from Special attacks (3% increase per level)

Kryptonian Regeneration Matrix (Legendary)

  • Once per battle, revive with 20% - 74% of health when knocked out (6% increase per level)
  • Superman Only:
    • Gain 10% - 100% of Attack when revived (10% increase per level)

Nth Metal Armor (Legendary)

  • Gain 30% - 75% Health (5% increase per level)
  • Gain 0.06% - 0.6% Attack for each percent of lost health (0.06% increase per level)
  • Legendary Tier Only:
    • 15% - 42% of Damage dealt to active hero is split between all teammates (3% increase per level)

Dawn of Apokolips Event Artifacts

Please note that the range of stats change are shown below for each Artifact along with the rate of increase with each level upgrade. Similar to the Azure artifacts, upgrading these artifacts costs Apokolips Fragments and to fully upgrade an artifact, it costs 160,500 fragments for the silver tier, 257,000 fragments for the gold tier and 384,000 fragments for the legendary tier.

Mega Rod (Silver)

  • +110% - 155% Special Attack damage for 5 seconds after successfully blocking an opponent's Special ability (5% increase per level)
  • 37% - 100% chance to ignore Power Steal or Power Drain (9% increase per level). If Power Steal or Power Drain are ignored, transfer 44% - 80% of that Power to reserves for your team and drain opponent for same amount of Power (4% increase per level)
  • Dawn of Apokolips Only
    • Attack Bonus: +500/1,000/1,900/3,000/4,200/5,500/7,000/8,600/10,200/12,000
    • Health Bonus: +2,300/3,500/6,000/9,000/13,000/17,400/22,400/27,800/33,700/40,000

Radion (Gold)

  • If an opponent is protected by a shield or barrier, your ranged attack has a 37% - 100% chance to be unblockable and destroy it (9% increase per level)
  • Your ranged attacks deal +110% - 200% damage (10% increase per level)
  • Successful Swipe attacks remove 30% - 75% of the active opponent's defense for 5 seconds (5% increase per level)
  • Dawn of Apokolips Only
    • Attack Bonus: +800/1,700/3,100/4,900/6,900/9,200/11,600/14,300/17,100/20,000
    • Health Bonus: +3,600/6,000/10,300/15,700/22,100/29,200/37,000/45,400/54,400/64,000

Electro Axe (Gold)

  • 37% - 100% chance to steal opponent's Combo Meter on successful Swipe Attacks (9% increase per level)
  • 70% - 250% damage against Minions and Summons (20% increase per level)
  • +1.8 - 4.5 Power Bars gained from opponent KO. Doesn't stack with similar effects (0.3 bars increase per level)
  • +15% - 33% Health gained from opponent KO. Doesn't stack with similar effects (2% increase per level)
  • Dawn of Apokolips Only
    • Attack Bonus: +800/1,700/3,100/4,900/6,900/9,200/11,600/14,300/17,100/20,000

Entropy Aegis (Legendary)

  • Each instance of incoming damage cannot deal more than 6% - 8.7% of your max health (0.3% increase per level)
  • Dawn of Apokolips Only
    • Damage cap is effective against Boss Darkseid's supermove.
  • -50% - 95% Hazard and Hazard DoT incoming damage (5% decrease per level)
  • -55% - 100% Hazard secondary effects (5% decrease per level)
  • Dawn of Apokolips Only

  • +105% - 150% Power generation for 5 seconds when hit by a Critical Attack (5% increase per level)
  • +37% - 100% Health (9% increase per level)
  • Steal 37% - 100% of opponent's healing effects (9% increase per level)

The Father Box (Legendary)

  • When below 30% health, heal back 15% - 51% of max health over 6 seconds. Cleanse all debuffs every 3 seconds while this healing is active. Max 3 times per battle (4% increase per level)
  • Replace your Rush Attack with a teleporting strike that places you in front of the opponent, dealing +110% - 200% of your Rush Attack damage (10% increase per level)
